These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 22phjoin platform, including the website at https://22phjoin.vip and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces. By accessing or using any part of the 22phjoin platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To be eligible to use the 22phjoin platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 22phjoin, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 22phjoin platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and not for any commercial or business purpose.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when making financial decisions on the platform.

22phjoin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification of the source of funds.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 22phjoin platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your 22phjoin account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 22phjoin is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 22phjoin may require you to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID, SSS ID, or equivalent)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account, bank statement)
• Source of funds declaration where required by applicable regulations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 22phjoin immediately via the support channels available on the platform.

22phjoin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 22phjoin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. 22phjoin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where KYC verification is incomplete.

All funds held in your 22phjoin account are held in trust for you and are kept separate from 22phjoin's operational funds. However, 22phjoin does not pay interest on account balances. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule.

22phjoin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 22phjoin promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 22phjoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

22phjoin reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering requirement calculations are final.

All games available on the 22phjoin platform — including slots, live casino tables, fishing arcade games (God Fish Slicing, Mermaid Fishing), bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their respective game rules as displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22phjoin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse that is designed to exploit the platform's promotional system.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.

• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.

22phjoin employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Any account flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. 22phjoin's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding.

22phjoin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 22phjoin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

The 22phjoin name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 22phjoin. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 22phjoin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 22phjoin's reasonable control.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform.

22phjoin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

22phjoin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 22phjoin is used for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with KYC, AML, and other regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

22phjoin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 22phjoin support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The platform operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 22phjoin platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 22phjoin's customer support team. 22phjoin will endeavor to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 22phjoin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

22phjoin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 22phjoin will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 22phjoin platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 22phjoin recommends reviewing these Terms at least once every three (3) months.
